17 February 2001 FedNor announces funding for the Mark Frame Memorial Bridge (now known as Mark Frame Bridge) across the Pic River. This ensures there is enough funding in place to build the bridge's steel structures. Fund raising in under way to make sure there is enought funds to erect the structures. The steel structures are expected to be delivered to the site in early May. |
